It probably didn't happen all at once
There may not have been one big moment when you "lost yourself".
Life happened.
You made decisions.
You loved people.
You took responsibility.
You became the reliable one, the strong one, the one who remembers, organises, sorts things out and keeps everything moving.
And most of those choices probably made complete sense at the time.
But years of small, understandable choices can quietly add up.
Until one day you find yourself wondering...
"How did I get here?"
Not because you've made the wrong choices.
Not because there's something wrong with you.
But because somewhere amongst everything you've become to everyone else, there hasn't always been much room left for you.
And perhaps the question isn't:
"What's wrong with me?"
Perhaps it's:
"Where am I in all of this?"
That's what we'll explore together.
